Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Abravaya ("we", "us") handles information when you play
Spoiled (package name com.abravaya.spoiled) on Android ("the Game").
We designed Spoiled to collect as little personal information as possible.
Information we collect
- Player identifiers. When you first play, Unity Gaming Services creates an anonymous player ID so your progress can be saved. If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, your Play Games player ID is linked to that account so your progress follows you across devices and reinstalls.
- Game progress data. Your level progress, coins, and settings are stored on your device and synced to Unity Cloud Save so they survive reinstalls.
- Basic device and technical data. Unity Gaming Services, Google Play and our advertising and analytics partners may process device information (such as device model, operating system version, language, IP address, and an install identifier) as required to deliver their services, prevent abuse, and keep the Game working.
- Advertising identifier and ad data. The Game shows advertisements (optional rewarded videos, occasional interstitials between levels, and a banner on the main screen). Our advertising partners, integrated through the Homa Games SDK, may process your device's advertising ID and coarse ad-interaction data (which ads were shown, viewed or tapped) to serve and measure ads. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and UK), you are asked for consent before any personalised advertising, and you can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy inside the Game.
- Gameplay analytics and attribution. Aggregated gameplay events (levels started, completed or failed, features used, purchases made) and install-attribution data are processed by Homa Games, Google (Google Analytics for Firebase), Adjust and Meta so we can understand how the Game is played and how players find it. These events are tied to a pseudonymous identifier, not to your name.
- Crash reports. If the Game crashes or hits an error, Firebase Crashlytics (Google) receives a diagnostic report: device model, Android version, Game version, the technical error trace, the last in-game steps before the error (for example which level was open) and a random installation identifier. We use it only to find and fix bugs.
- Purchases. If you buy something in the Game, the purchase is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We receive a record of what was bought (product and time) so we can deliver and restore it; we never receive your card or bank details.
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location. Purchasing the "No Ads" pack removes interstitial and banner advertising; optional rewarded ads remain available and are only ever shown when you choose to watch one.
How we use information
- To save and restore your game progress (including across devices via cloud save).
- To operate online features such as remote game configuration and server-validated rewards.
- To deliver and restore in-app purchases.
- To show advertising, and (with your consent where required) to personalise it and measure it.
- To understand how the Game is played and improve it, and to measure marketing campaigns.
- To keep the Game functioning, secure, and free of abuse.
We do not sell your data. Data shared with our advertising, analytics and attribution partners is used only for the purposes above, under the terms of their privacy policies linked below.
Service providers
The Game is built on the following platforms, which process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:
- Unity Gaming Services (authentication, cloud save, remote config, cloud code) — Unity Privacy Policy
- Google Play Games Services (optional sign-in, achievements) and Google Play Billing (in-app purchases) — Google Privacy Policy
- Google Firebase (Google Analytics for Firebase: gameplay analytics; Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports) — Privacy and Security in Firebase
- Homa Games (Homa Belly SDK: advertising mediation, analytics, consent management) — Homa Privacy Policy. Advertising partners integrated through Homa Belly (such as AppLovin and the ad networks it mediates) process the advertising data described above under their own policies, for example the AppLovin Privacy Policy.
- Adjust (install attribution) — Adjust Privacy Policy
- Meta Platforms (Facebook SDK for install attribution and analytics) — Meta Privacy Policy
Children
Spoiled is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention and deletion
Progress data is retained for as long as you play the Game. Uninstalling the Game removes all local data. To delete your cloud-saved progress and player identifiers, see our Data Deletion page or email us — we will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.
Security
All data transferred between the Game and its backend services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at the address below to exercise them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
