Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Spoiled ("the Game") provided by Abravaya ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit the Game or its content except as permitted by law.

Your conduct

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, interfere with the Game's servers, or use the Game for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access to online features for violations.

Virtual items and purchases

Coins, boosters, tokens, fridge skins and other in-game items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be changed, reset, or discontinued at any time.

Some items can be bought with real money through Google Play Billing. Prices are shown in the store before you confirm a purchase. Purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or granted under Google Play's refund policy; please contact Google Play or us (see Contact) for refund requests. The "No Ads" purchase removes interstitial and banner advertising for the account it was bought on and can be restored from Settings → Restore purchases.

The daily spin wheel and fridge-skin draws award randomized virtual items. The odds for every outcome are displayed inside the Game (the ⓘ button on the wheel and the odds line under the skins grid) before you spin or draw. These features never require real money.

Availability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". Online features depend on third-party services (Google Play, Unity Gaming Services) and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without liability.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability arising out of the Game will not exceed the amount you paid to use it (the Game is free).

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data the Game handles.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued play after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
